Employee Assistance Program Services

 We believe that our relationship begins with helping you develop a program that is exactly what you need.

Immediate Access --- 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, your employees and their dependants have immediate access to a counselor who will help them define their concerns and needs and then create a plan of action for solving them. Our counselors are all master's level clinicians with a minimum of seven years' experience in counseling and EAP.

In-Person Assessment --- No matter where your people are calling from, C&A offers the same level of service. We believe that an in-person assessment is the key ingredient in not only solving problems, but in managing care as well. That's why we strongly encourage our clients to take advantage of the in-person assessment that is covered in our EAP programs. In fact, our data show that well over 50% of our clients who are seen in person require no referral outside the EAP.

Tailored Referrals --- In situations that require a referral outside the EAP, our counselors have the skills and experience to match your employees up with the best possible resources.

Short-Term Counseling --- For those companies wishing to augment the EAP assessment with a solution-focused counseling program, C&A offers the option of expanding the number of in-person sessions available. Augmenting your EAP benefit can often help employees resolve relationship, family, adjustment and situational issues before they require outside intervention.

National EAP Provider Network --- Crites & Associates has devoted over ten years to the development of a national network of EAP providers in over 250 locations. Our providers are carefully screened to make sure your people are seeing the best professionals. All of our EAP providers have a minimum of a master's degree in counseling, experience in EAP, substance abuse and mental health counseling, and embrace the concept of managed behavioral health care programs.

National Resource Database --- In addition to our EAP provider network, C&A maintains a national MIS directory of treatment providers, structured treatment programs, community resources and support groups to provide your employees and family members with a breadth of resources available in their local area. Our resource directory can be expanded to include providers from your own managed behavioral health care programs network.
